The house was in poor condition, broken up into apartments, but Roberto and his wife Irene were able to restore it, without distorting it, preserving “as much as possible.”<\/p>\n

The old Filanda has maintained its original features: the fa\u00e7ade made of stone, tall ceilings and windows, flat roofs with steel beams, intermediate vaults in tuff.<\/p>\n

The hosts have turned it into a warm and elegant place.
